Austria - CellTraX with Geo-Fence on Chamois

Chamois have been fitted with GEO-Fence enabled CellTraX in the Austrian Alps.  The chamois are close to a hydro dam construction site.  A Geo-Fence has been established in the valley of the construction site and when the chamois enter the GEO-Fence, the GPS schedule increases, and the data is picked up by a permanently installed UHF receiver.  Construction then halts while chamois are present.
